Simplex has been a ProPartner of Veeam in Cyprus since 2012.

At the beginning of 2014, appreciating Veeam’s qualities, Simplex has adopted Veeam Backup and Replication Enterprise for VMWare as part of the cloud solutions offered through the company’s Limassol data center, becoming a Veeam Cloud Provider (VCP). In particular, Veeam’s products are used to protect Cyprus cloud servers and applications running out of the company’s data center.

Within less than 6 months, Simplex has been upgraded to Silver VCP, the first Cyprus Veeam Silver partner. A number of Veeam technical and commercial certifications, demonstrating the company’s skill sets, experience and training, have been completed. In addition, the company’s proven ability to implement and manage VMWare and Microsoft cloud environments was a pre-requisite for the Silver VCP accreditation.

The Silver VCP status, reflects Simplex’s ability to deploy, maintain and monitor virtual infrastructures and cloud environments in which Veeam’s products are used for data protection and monitoring.
